In
trying to gain so much in the material world, it is easy to lose touch
with what is important—the ability to feel happiness and contentment
from growing spiritually. Nevertheless, what does growing spiritually
mean? Is it reading about religion and philosophy? Ultimately it comes
down to being able to read your own life, with your own mind. But how
does one do that? First, what is our mind? |
The
Silent Miracle offers a practical way to slow down your thoughts, relax
your mind, and be at peace with yourself. This practice will show you
how to release negative ways of being in a miraculous way. As you begin
to do The Practice, you begin to notice subtle changes that, with time,
grow as your awareness opens up. Upon learning to free yourself from your
most obvious psychological baggage, you will realize that you are no longer
being distracted by, or wasting time on, annoying thoughts and feelings.
You will simply have more free time to enjoy yourself. It will seem as
if time appears out of nowhere because you are no longer being consumed
by your problems. You will begin to have time to really live your life
and feel your connection with yourself and the world around you. You will
begin to see sunrises and sunsets as if for the first time. You will begin
to notice the wind caressing your face. You will open to the beauty of
nature. All of life will appear sharper and more vibrant because your
mind is calm enough to experience and feel the magnificence within you
and surrounding you.
My goal in writing this book has been to help people experience the richness that life has to offer by simply being more mindful in the moment. By learning to sit down for a few minutes each day to still your mind, you will find what everyone is looking for—a life to be enjoyed. Lasting happiness, and an intimate connection with all that life has to offer, is the result of uncovering you true nature found in your Kelee. |
