Chapter Six - The Greater Kelee

—————————————
Attachments to People
Attachment to love
is actually
the absence of love.

The most painful experiences in life are the ones having to do with the giving and receiving of love. As human beings, we can endure a lot of pain as headaches, but when it comes to heartaches, a deep heartache can take down even the strongest of humans.
Everyone on the planet has probably heard the phrase, “You’ve taken something to heart.” This is when you have taken into your greater Kelee another’s negative perception of you and believed it. Someone else’s negative view of you has become yours as a compartment.
Whenever you love someone and “keep them in your heart,” you make a mental attachment to them. When mental attachments form, they compartmentalize. When the attachment is broken you feel broken. This is the proverbial heartache.
When love hurts, it’s because you’re holding onto something that was not yours to begin with. No one owns another’s love. If you cannot detach from these compartmentalized attachments, they are excruciatingly painful. The Practice will dissolve these painful compartments, but why did you take them in to begin with? This is the deeper spiritual lesson having to do with the missing puzzle pieces in your spirit.
Heartaches end when self-acceptance starts. As you spend time in your heart through The Practice, you will understand why you hurt.
Remember, love never hurts, the absence of love does.
The map to understanding your heart is here, wouldn’t it be wise to explore it?
