     All masters throughout time have said one thing, “Your answers are within you.” Now for the first time ever, here is a direct map to your heart. In understanding the Kelee, you will unlock the mysteries of your mind. The Kelee (pronounced “key-lee”) brings together a clear relationship between psychology and spirituality. It’s time for everyone to understand that the mind and spirit are not separate.
     Through decades of studying what works and what does not, I found a way to free myself from my emotional pain permanently. What I found was startling: a way to understand my mind from the inside out. It really is possible to free yourself from your issues and open your mind to love life.

 

     If you look at life in the most basic terms, you will find that everyone is looking for one thing; it’s to feel good inside about one’s self and the world around us. But how each individual achieves this is altogether different. To start, it’s important to ask yourself, “Do I like who I am?” and “What do I want to change about myself?” If you want to change, are you trying to create a new state of mind or are you trying to clean up your existing one?   
      If you’re trying to create a state of mind, you must ask yourself, “How can I create that which I do not understand or feel?” If you already feel a happy state of mind, why would you need to create another one? Ultimately all you can do is clean up what you already have. Nevertheless, how do you do this?
     First, it’s important to look at what’s blocking you from feeling happiness. It’s always negative compartmentalized thoughts or your issues. Do you have issues that you cannot get rid of, but say you’re working on them? How are you working on them? How you drink of life comes from opening your spirit to fulfillment, but how do you do that?
     How would you like to do a practice for your mind that will make every day better? The Kelee is what distinguishes this practice from all others. The Practice in this book is formally called The Kelee Meditation Practice. Students just call it The Practice, so in this book I will refer to it as The Practice. This practice will show you how to calm brain function, dissolve your fear-based issues, and open your conscious awareness to connect with your spirit directly.
     The Practice is one of the most amazing techniques for the mind you will ever experience. The Kelee is only hidden from people because without training you only know how to see with your physical eyes, not your spiritual ones. The Practice was born out of what works and what does not. It is not a theory. Do it for yourself and see. How else do you know anything except from first hand experience? I’m sure after several months of practice, you’ll either say, “This is the most valuable thing I’ve ever done for myself,” or “Before doing this, it was as if I wasn’t even living.” I cannot tell you how many times I have heard these statements. But alas, as the old saying goes, talk is cheap.
     Here is the knowledge that will set everyone free. The simplicity of The Practice is what will unravel the complexity of your mind. If you’re fearful of this knowledge, think about this. How could you possibly think that going within your own heart and being still could be wrong in any way, shape or form? The still place in your heart is where you find peace and where love is experienced. If you want to find yourself, here is a way that has worked for those select few who are aware of it. Now for the first time it’s here for everyone, if you can see its beauty and truthfulness.
